Hereby confirms that:

The participant and the accompanying person (parent, mechanic, etc.) participate in all activities in the STEEL RING area at their own risk and on their own responsibility and are fully aware of the fact that STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. does not bear any liability for damage to their health or property caused during these activities.
The participant and the accompanying person, with regard to STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o., expressly waive their right to recover damages to the vehicle or health and to receive any other compensation for a loss event as a result of an accident or other circumstance occurring on the STEEL RING track.
The participant is fully legally competent, is in good physical condition, is unaware of any physical or psychological limitations or illnesses which might affect his ability to drive and is not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or pharmaceuticals.
Before the first drive on the track, the participant checked the condition of the track and adjusted his vehicle to this condition. The participant furthermore confirms that he is familiar with all safety instructions and regulations and also with the track operating rules, if such rules have been issued by STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o.
The participant wears a kart helmet, overalls, gloves and boots during training.
The participant does not jeopardize other participants and mechanics on the premises of the STEEL RING track and its pit.
The participant only takes part in the training sessions reserved for his category.
The participant acknowledges and agrees that STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. is not required to provide track marshals or health services during a free training session and is not required to check the safety and functionality of the vehicle which the participant uses on the track.
The participant is aware of all the risks and dangers associated with driving on the STEEL RING track. He also acknowledges that driving on this track may pose a risk or damage to his physical or mental health or to his or third-party's property and agrees fully with these risks and dangers.
In the event of the participant's injury during his presence on the STEEL RING premises or as a result of driving on the STEEL RING track, the participant gives explicit consent to first aid treatment and any other necessary medical examination and treatment of his person.
The participant acknowledges that in the event of a major accident or track damage, STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. reserves the right to suspend the training session for the time necessary to remove the consequences.
It is strictly forbidden to walk or drive on the white sliding surfaces on the track.
In the event of an obstacle on the track, the participant must immediately report this to the track staff.
In the event of violation of the above rules or staff instructions, behavior contrary to good manners, incaution and as a result of uncontrolled driving, the participant and the accompanying person are liable for all damage caused to STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o., other participants on the premises and third parties, and they therefore undertake to pay the damages caused to the injured party in full.
The price of 1 field (3m part) of the safety fence (pastoral) is 30.000 CZK excluding VAT, the price of 1 safety barrier (white, red or blue) is 3.000 CZK excluding VAT.
In the event of violation of the above rules or staff instructions, the participant agrees to be expelled from the track without any compensation.
The participant and the accompanying person consent to taking of photos and videos of their person during their presence on the premises of STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. or during their drive on the track and they also consent to uploading such photos and videos by STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. to the web pages and Facebook pages of the STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. and to their placement on promotional materials. The participant and the accompanying person furthermore consent to the placement of such photos and videos of their person taken by STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. on the web pages and Facebook pages and on promotional materials of third parties, if STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. allows the third parties to do so. The participant and the accompanying person expressly renounce any claim for financial compensation for such photos and videos of their person taken and placed on the web pages and Facebook pages and promotional materials of STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. or on the web pages and Facebook pages and promotional materials of third parties which are, by STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o., allowed to take, upload and place such photos and videos.
The participant agrees, in accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), as amended, with the fact that his personal data will be processed and stored by STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o and used for the marketing purposes of STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. If the participant demands information on the processing of his personal data, STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. must deliver the information without undue delay. If the participant learns or believes that his personal data is processed contrary to the protection of his private and personal life or in violation of the law, the participant may request STEEL RING TŘINEC s.r.o. to provide explanation and to rectify the
The driver or his legal guarnian confirms the agreement of all aboved mentioned rules every visit of the circuit by signing this document with current date or using their member card with Apex software at the reception.
